Do I need an account to make a purchase?

While customers are not required to create an account, it is strongly encouraged! If you create an account, you can:

* Receive promos and have a speedier checkout process

* Save credit card information

* Update your “Favorites”, which will save all of your favorite Jane Leslie & Co goodies so that you can easily access them in future visits

* Be kept in the loop of all private sales and trunk shows-even if you live far away. Just because you don’t live around us doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy our events!

 

  

Ordering

 

What methods of payment does Jane Leslie & Co accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, Discover and ApplePay. 

 

What if I want more of one item, but there is only one available?

 Often you can  add additional quantities to the cart. If you call or email us, we can work with you to discuss which items you want additional quantities of. If we are creating a special or custom order, a deposit at time of ordering is required.

 

How do I go about ordering personalized or customized items?

 For pieces that require personalization like Crane stationery, or any other personalized merchandise, please email or phone so that we can order exactly what you want. We will require full payment at time of ordering any personalized items. Often you can make notes in your checkout message.

 

For special orders, such as ordering more napkins, dinnerware, etc. you can give us a call or send us an email with the exact name and number of items you would like. We will require a deposit at time of order.

 

I do not live in Pennsylvania. Will I get charged for tax?

 We will not charge tax for anyone outside of PA. We are required to charge tax on all Pennsylvania residents.

  

 

Shipping

 

How quickly will I receive my order and how much will shipping cost?

Shipping times will vary based on your location. To best estimate shipping times, follow the map below. Please note that in case of extreme weather or around holidays, shipping times may increase! You will receive tracking information  at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping will generally be done near the business day of your order, unless an item is shipped from a distribution center. However, if you choose a faster delivery service, we will do our best to expedite the shipping process to arrive to you as soon as it possibly can. If you are ordering quantities of dinnerware, there may be a longer lead time up to a few weeks; and we would confirm that information and shipping upon completing your transaction.

Shipping costs may depend on the size and weight of your order in addition to location. We will do our very best to find you the lowest price, however, please understand that many of our glass, furniture and larger items may incur additional charges due to a larger amount of packing material, distance, and increased UPS expenses. You may receive notification if additional shipping charges apply.  Thank you!

Does Jane Leslie & Co. ship to countries outside of the US?

Shipping costs have prohibited us to continue to ship overseas. However,  Feel free to send us an email at Janeleslieco@aol.com to discuss different International shipment methods and we can research an option for you.

 

Can any changes be made to my order once it has been placed?

If you place an order during business hours (10-5:30 Mondays through Saturdays), you can always give us a call and we will try to adjust the order before we ship, but please understand that we do our very best at gathering your order to ship as quickly as possible. Your order generates the shipping information to be used at UPS. If you order after hours or on Sundays, send us an email or leave us a message on the store phone 570-714-9955 but adjustments may not always be possible once the information is completed.

 

How can I track my order?

When we send your order to UPS, we receive a tracking number. We will provide you with the number as soon as we can! If, for whatever reason, you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours (excluding Sundays), please give us a call and we can look into the problem as quickly as possible!

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

How can I return or exchange an item?

We always want our customers to leave our boutique happy with their purchases, and we want the same for our online customers. You can send us an email or give us a call notifying us of your intention to return. We cannot accept fragrance or food returns or items opened, used or without their labels. We can accept items in their original condition for exchange or credit minus shipping charges within 14 days of purchase.

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Our store policy is that most items except food or fragrance can be returned in their original condition with labels for credit less shipping charges within 14 days of purchase.

  

 

Events and Sales

 

How often does Jane Leslie & Co. have storewide sales?

Most of our sales take place around major holidays (ie. Memorial Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and our annual sale at Holiday and New Year). If you ever want to be kept in the loop about our storewide sales, sign up for our newsletter or give us a call!

 There is always a new customer 15% discount and other collection codes visible on the website's front page, heading or in a particular collection.

 

 

Gifts

 

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! Jane Leslie & Co. loves gift wrapping! Be sure to leave us a message at checkout informing us that you will need it wrapped and if we should send the receipt separately. 

 

Can I purchase a gift card? If so, what amounts are available to me?

 Absolutely! What better gift than the gift of choice? You can purchase a gift card here. You can choose any amount you like. If you would like a specific amount not listed on our site, leave a message during the checkout process and we will charge accordingly.
